Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

At Krafted Tales, every piece is handcrafted with care and attention. We want you to love your purchase, but if something goes wrong, here’s how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time window will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for the following cases:

Damaged During Transit

If your item arrives damaged during shipping.

Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong product by mistake.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and are not considered defects.

3. Return Process

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Clear proof such as images or videos must be shared while reporting the issue.
Once approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of incorrect product delivery, customers may choose between:

Replacement

Exchange with the correct available product.

Full Refund

Refund to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only if the product is available in stock.
If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
